In this video clip, 256 cases of random process gain variations are compared in set of 32 cases alternatively, first with Vendor-X tuning followed by AI-PID tuning. These comparison highlight the significant performance differences between the two methods of PID tuning. With Vendor-X tuning, significant variance of control error with oscillations whereas with AI-PID tuning, consistently optimal response no matter how significantly process gains are varied.  These performance differences clearly prove power of AI-PID tuning over Vendor-X tuning.
